IMPORTANT NOTICE concerning the reservation of prints of Benoît Feron's photographs exhibited at the Rencontres d'Arles 2022. Your reservation is received by our website. We record your personal data necessary to process the reservation. You can download this information from our site and/or request its deletion or correction.
Orders are processed by Benoît Feron and your order is sent directly to him. He will send you his offer of sale by means of a quote including taxes, packaging, and delivery to your address. Taxes and duties invoiced at the destination are at the buyer's expense.
Payment will be made to the bank account of the Benoît Feron photo company. Your acceptance of the quotation is made by your full payment to its bank account.
A.galerie takes no responsibility for orders placed with Benoît Feron. Your contract and your order are concluded directly with Regards Passion SRL, represented by Benoît Feron.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your relationship with https://www.a-galerie.be website (the "Service") operated by ALPARA sprl("us", "we", or "our").
