Order Policy
This print service is organised and run by the artist himself - Benoît Feron.
On this site you can reserve your order. We are not currently offering online payment for these fine art prints.
On receipt of your reservation, we will contact you and send you a quote including applicable taxes, packaging and shipment costs to the address that you have indicated. Payment is to be made by bank transfer.
On receipt of your payment, we will organise the production of your print, the packaging and the shipment. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.
Prints are manufactured and sold from Belgium where Benoît Feron lives.
VAT, Taxes and Customs Duty
- VAT at 6% is applicable to all sales to individuals. Sales to EU companies, outside Belgium, with a valid VAT number are exempt from VAT.
- Our quotation will show applicable taxes from Belgium. Any additional taxes or custom duties applied by the country of destination are payable by you, the purchaser.
Shipping
- We offer shipment to EU countries, Norway, Switzerland and the USA. For sales to other countries, please ask for a quotation.
Collection
- If you wish to collect, rather than have the order sent, please contact us by email.
Returns
- These are custom, limited edition prints produced especially for you. We are unable to accept returns.
- We hope that you will love your purchase. If for any reason your delivery has been damaged in transit or has another problem, you MUST notify us within 7 days of the delivery. Please take photos of any damage.
